
Remote Patient Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient communications and schedule virtual appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure efficient workflow within the clinic
- Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a patient-centered approach
