Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support specialist to join our team in a remote work environment.
This role will require you to respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. You will be handling product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast and accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
