Channel Manager Job Description

The Channel Manager is responsible for partnering with business units and stakeholders to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate business needs to ensure that downstream teams have a complete understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements of online channels.

This role requires collaboration, facilitating project activities, and creating and communicating artifacts that translate business needs into the outputs of online channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive outcomes and priorities for projects of significant scope and impact, including enhancement of existing online channels with foundations for one or more new workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to coordinate requirements to deliver key business value to target markets and enhance online customer experience.
  • Define major and detailed customer experience requirements and priorities in collaboration with project teams and working groups.
  • Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a business background.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product and channel management.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a simplified manner.
  • Experience in an agile environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
