Job Description

The role involves driving retail sales growth and managing brand presence in the market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and brand goals.
  • Working closely with retailers to ensure timely implementation of marketing programs and product assortment.
  • Managing a team of sales personnel to provide high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales performance and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in duty-free sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
