Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute according to service level agreements.
  • Have a detailed understanding of processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to controls.
  • Have ideas for improvements.
  • Inform Supervisor about any process issues.
  • Collection calls - inbound and outbound (Spanish)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Willing to work in a mid shift and night shift environment
