Corporate Operations Coordinator

KDCI Outsourcing is hiring a Corporate Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our senior executives.
This role involves coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and conducting research to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to drive operations forward.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
