Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely. This dynamic role involves sourcing top talent across various industries by utilizing job boards, social media, and networking events.

The successful candidate will assess potential hires for alignment with our needs, conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels and evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Working with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assisting with job advertising to target the right audience.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on recruitment activities.
  • Able to quickly learn about various roles and communicate our needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Fully remote position offering flexibility in work location.
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours requiring at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences. They will also have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
