We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our Human Resources function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Experience
- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
- Provide high-level customer service and consider how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
- HR Administration
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HR systems.
- Manage employee data in HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Systems, Automation & Reporting
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes in HR systems to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain the People Ops playbook with documented processes and links.
- Employee Relations
- Triage HR tickets within 24 hours.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with HR systems is preferred.
