Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Effective Communication: Ensure seamless communication among team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain Project Progress: Keep all parties informed of project progress and ensure everyone is on track to meet goals.
  • Provide Timely Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback to stakeholders and team members to drive improvement.
  • Champion Agile Values: Promote agile methodologies, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Skill Development: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and more.
  • Product Backlog Management: Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs for effective prioritization.
  • Remove Roadblocks: Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress and facilitate resolution.
  • Agile Practice Optimization: Continuously assess and improve agile practices to enhance software delivery efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification: Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferably).
