As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust, production-grade code using Python (Flask) and React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sprint milestones and optimize platform features
  • Integrate with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Work independently while syncing with the team lead and broader product team
  • Owning your output and maintaining momentum across multiple sprint cycles
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) - solid production experience
  • React - can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments
