Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Category Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with legal terms and conditions, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in procurement sourcing systems. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field is required, along with relevant qualifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with legal terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and evaluate RFPs (Requests for Proposal) from suppliers.
  • Support negotiation, finalization, and amendment of contracts related to sourcing.
  • Analyze trends in category spend and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply).
  • Experience in procurement sourcing systems, particularly Ariba.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
