Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Operations Manager to excel in handling administrative tasks, managing multiple projects and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately handle calendar management, email organization, and data entry with efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide phone, email, and instant messaging support to tenants, vendors, and supers.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects across various programs, ensuring timely completion and open communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Relations: Assist with tenant screening, lease drafting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Financial Management: Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and utility bill payments.
  • Record Keeping: Pull ledgers for legal cases and coordinate with lawyers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
  • Skill Set: Proven ability to direct multiple projects efficiently, familiarity with web-based project management tools, and proficiency in word-processing software and CRMs.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, excellent communication and phone skills.
