Global Support Role

This position involves providing technical support to clients worldwide. As a Global Support Representative, you will act as an expert on our services, helping customers navigate complex issues.

Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via email and phone, managing expectations, and following up on commitments. You will also log customer communications, understand business processes, and create reports.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and can think creatively. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in customer or technical service.
