We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in software a nd hardware installations, cybersecurity and information security best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, leading system upgrades and implementations, and ensuring the security and compliance of IT systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to support and protect the organization's technology assets.

Working under the direction of the Head of Corporate Services, the IT Manager is expected to perform the following responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including server deployments, network configuration, and software rollouts. Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Manage IT support teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and efficient delivery of services.

Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company data and systems. Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices in line with DICT guidelines, Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and other local compliance requirements

Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, perform regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, etc.). Administer and maintain security tools including firewalls, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection. Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT goals with business objectives.

Lead incident response efforts and manage remediation plans for any identified security breaches. Maintain documentation for systems, policies, and procedures. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evolving cybersecurity threats.

Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests. Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning. Provide strategic input on IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management (especially for local suppliers and service providers).

Collaborate with department heads to support IT needs across the organization. Ensure timely documentation of procedures, processes, and IT assets. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT supervisory or managerial role. Solid knowledge of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Expertise in hardware/software installations, network administration, and systems maintenance.

With strong knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks and InfoSec compliance. Preferably with certifications such as:CompTIA Security Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)Familiarity with Philippine laws related to data protection and cybersecurity. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Core work Schedule- Monday to Friday, during business hours.
