This is a full-time position that requires dedication, expertise, and a passion for innovation. As an Associate-level Information Technology specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch Level 2 technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
