Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detections, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
  • Monitoring evolving security threats, providing detailed analysis for communication with clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Performing security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security Solutions, Network Security devices, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, Incident Management and Reporting, enterprise cybersecurity policies, vendor management, and solution alignment.
  • Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.

Successful candidates will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
