We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

  • Manage financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, ZOHO Books, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven experience working with international companies, especially in the US market.
  • Strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager and common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with PM Bookkeeper, OJO Bookkeeping, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books is a strong plus.
