Job Description
We are looking for an Operation Assistant who can provide administrative support to our operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in an administrative or operational support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). In addition, experience in Daily Time Record (DTR) checking and validation is a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Level
  • With or without experience (preferably with experience)
  • Have experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in Daily Time Record (DTR) checking and validation
  • At least 6 months experience in Recruitment or interviewing applicant
