  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, or cash management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate and influence others.
  • Demonstrated expertise in securities instruments, operational processes, and trade life cycle.
