We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our APAC Retail Sales team in Manila. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in handling inbound sales for retailers across the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with merchants, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You'll work closely with a diverse range of customers to drive account growth and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions
  • Build rapport with customers, actively listen, and focus on upselling to drive account growth
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets

In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also contribute to the wider team's success by collaborating on projects and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organize pipeline
