Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead post-sales activities for our customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Dialpad, working cross-functionally to ensure a consistent customer message.
  • Develop positive, trusted relationships with customers by providing value throughout the partnership.
  • Retain long-term partnerships by renewing successful customers.
  • Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and communicate meaningful features/functionality to customers.
  • Manage customer escalations and track accounts to identify churn risks.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers required.
  • A passion for providing top-notch account management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic startup where input is valued.
