A fast-paced sales agency provides done-for-you sales services to clients. Our team outsources sales departments and sells transformative programs, packages, and services to scale businesses quickly.

This dynamic role supports the success of our accounts and sales reps by handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing our tech stack, and working with the Director of Sales Ops to meet sales team needs.

The key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding new accounts and sales reps, setting up new tech stack systems, creating and managing integrations, building automations, and taking ownership of various sales systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Zapier, has CRM knowledge, and can build automations to create efficient workflows.

Main Objectives
  • Support sales team growth by handling tech stack tasks, implementing new systems, and communicating with marketing teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts, set up sales reps, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier, build automations, and develop reports and dashboards in the CRM.
  • Take full ownership of Oncehub activity, including creating master page booking links, updating rep availability, and maintaining resource pools.
