Key Role Summary

The Digital Operations Manager oversees a team that handles web support, quality assurance, and design. This involves managing delivery from start to finish: ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to specification, and at the highest level of quality.

This includes analyzing team performance and project data to identify areas for improvement. Working closely with leadership is key to balancing workloads, refining workflows, and maintaining quality while meeting client expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production aligns with overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to guarantee error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and promoting accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables meet business needs and drive measurable results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows) and other digital production tools.
  • A proactive leader who excels in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.
