Job Description- Shift Assignment: Night Shift
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for process improvement. You will work closely with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of submission clearance, policy and endorsement rating and issuance, auto, compliance, and other operations as needed.
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications.
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed.
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Detail and quality minded.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team.
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
- 3-5 years of data processing and analysis experience required.
- Previous experience in insurance industry desirable.
