  • Decision Support: Gather relevant data, prepare reports and offer strategic insights to inform executive decisions.
  • Growth and Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, actively seek feedback for improvement and balance competing priorities.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing and reading.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration or executive assistance.
  • Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced environments and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to align work hours with US time zones.
