We are seeking an experienced Loan Application Coordinator to facilitate the loan application process and ensure its smooth progression from start to finish.



Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound inquiries from US consumers regarding personal financing options.
  • Efficiently complete and process quick personal finance application forms, verifying all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.


Requirements


  • Strong understanding of the US financial industry, specifically related to consumer finance.
  • Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications, and how they impact financing decisions.
  • Familiarity with basic standards and practices of financing in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in US or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card or personal finance.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
