Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR initiatives and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute HR projects that align with business objectives, including attrition, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Drive operational excellence in key HR practices, such as recruitment, retention, and development, to create a positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change management initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and compliance processes, and conduct investigations as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in HR functional areas, such as talent acquisition, training, and labor relations.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, business administration, or industrial engineering.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a matrix structure, taking accountability and promoting common goals.
- Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Project management and change management skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Talent management expertise, including career and succession planning.
