About Our Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Organizational Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules, setting reminders, and ensuring seamless communication between team members.
- Email Management: Filtering, responding to, and escalating important emails in a timely manner.
- Organizing Virtual Files: Maintaining digital files, folders, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Adding Leads and Contacts: Updating the database with new leads and contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- To-Do List Preparation: Assisting in overseeing daily activities, webinars, meetings, and other events by preparing a comprehensive to-do list.
- Client Reminders and Appointments: Reaching out to clients for reminders and setting up appointments as necessary.
- Message Taking and Inquiry Handling: Taking important messages or answering basic inquiries on behalf of the team leader.
- Reminders and Invitations: Sending reminders or invitations through the suggested platform (call, email, or text).
- System Development and Synchronization: Helping create a system in place and synchronizing all platforms (Calendly, Zoom, and Google Calendar) to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Administrative Tasks: Overseeing various administrative tasks to support the team's smooth operation.
