Job Description

Oversight is required for a team managing web support, quality assurance, and design. This role involves managing delivery from start to finish, ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, according to specifications, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production aligns with overall marketing strategy.
  2. Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  3. Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove obstacles, and keep projects on schedule.
  4. Review and refine the output of QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets. They should also possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
