Job Title: HR Expert - Service Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Expert - Service Delivery. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service experiences to employees and stakeholders. You will follow defined processes and work instructions, use various HR and service systems, provide excellent customer service, and manage customer and stakeholder expectations.

You will also work with other teams to provide service or resolve employee issues in areas such as onboarding, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters;
  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews;
  • Managing compliance requirements for new hires and other reviews;
  • Supporting new employee onboarding processes;
  • Processing invoices and managing purchase orders;

You must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in HR operations, employee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR benefits administration, and government statutory requirements.
