We're seeking an experienced delivery expert to drive project success and foster a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high-quality results. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of agile software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client goals.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex problems based on data insights and research.
  • Proven experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Ability to switch projects every 6-12 months to keep you challenged, excited, and growing.
