Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator Data Entry professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing vendor bills across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records and accounts payable operations.

The successful candidate will have experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and the ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as effective communication skills to resolve discrepancies or missing information with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to reconcile accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness, following company policies and procedures for financial transactions and data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration
