We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational backbone of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crypto Transactions Management: Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems.
  • Digital Asset Management: Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools.
  • Audit and Compliance: Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent or conversational English communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience working across onshore/offshore entities.
