At Ma-an's Bakeshop, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team in Davao City.

This full-time on-site role will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, evaluating and comparing different suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes comply with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of the team, the Procurement Officer will also coordinate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and establish purchasing parameters. To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in purchase orders and procurement, contract negotiation, and purchasing. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential.
