Job Overview

The Procurement Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting procurement operations through detailed pricing analysis, vendor research, and strategic data tracking. This position identifies areas of opportunity across vendor contracts and pricing structures, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing pricing analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings
  • Monitor vendor file submissions and follow up for updated or missing pricing information
  • Identify gaps in vendor coverage and recommend new suppliers or product categories for expansion
  • Track contract timelines and support the team in prioritizing renewal and renegotiation opportunities
  • Maintain and enhance internal pricing tools and trackers
  • Organize and analyze data to support business decisions and present findings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, automations)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and recommend actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
