We are seeking an exceptional professional to work as a Home-Based Administrative Assistant in a dynamic environment. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Distribute vendor invoices to billing and accounts payable departments as needed.
  • Manage inventory; receive and forward documentation to the ASB sales support team.
  • Verify order receipt from vendors to meet delivery timelines.
  • Track orders from production schedules to delivery dates using workflow management systems.
  • Identify and replace backorders with comparable products.
  • Reduce accounts receivable aging through effective management.
  • Assist clients with various administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases accordingly.
Requirements
  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, or similar roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work U.S. EST hours.
  • Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Wild Apricot, JotForm, Canva, SharePoint, Slack, and social media platforms.
