Job Description

A key professional in our organization is sought to lead payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing client invoicing and billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This role requires a strong understanding of PH and AU billing regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead payroll processing for various global locations.
  • Oversee client invoicing and billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
  • Prepare reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or billing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

  • Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
