About the role

Golden Century Marketing is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Payroll Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll billing for our partner manpower agency. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately calculate and process bi-monthly payroll billing of partner manpower agency
  2. Maintain thorough and organised payroll billing records, ensuring compliance with service contract agreement
  3. Liaise with accounting teams to resolve any payroll billing-related queries or discrepancies
  4. Assist in the preparation of payroll billing reports and documentation, as required
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll billing policy and implement necessary adjustments
  6. Provide customer service to all partner manpower agency regarding payroll billing-related matters

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a payroll billing or accounting role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  3. Proficiency in using spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  5. Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
