You will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, including billing, collection, and business performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Performance Monitoring
    - Daily review of foreign currency exchange rates
    - API only
    - Reselling
    - Agent
    - Package Deal
  2. Billing and Collection
    - Preparation and sending of client bills every month
    - Active reminders to clients to settle their bills within 20 days
    - Monitoring client credit risk and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize financial loss
  3. Daily and Weekly Reporting
    - Operation report
    - Shareholder report
    - Client request reports (if applicable)
  4. Weekly Report Submission
    - New Client weekly report
    - Per-currency market weekly report
    - Operation weekly report
    - Collection update
    - Other reports as requested by stakeholders
  5. Client Monitoring and Analysis
    - Level-based monitoring (online and offline)
    - Analysis of daily/weekly/monthly business performance
    - Collaboration with other teams to monitor business activities with business impact
  6. Risk Management
    - Measuring and analyzing clients' financial performance
    - Initiating corrective actions to minimize impacts
    - Reporting risk issues
  7. Operations and Planning
    - Developing forecasts and reporting results
    - Analyzing variances and raising concerns with the operations or account management team
    - Assisting in formulating company future directions and supporting operational initiatives
