Job Description

This position is part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.

The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and continuously improve Accounts Payable RTP process
    • Understand and effectively operate financial controls.
    • Escalate items that interfere with the completion of the reconciliation activities to Team Manager.
    • Perform weekly/monthly consolidation and submission of KPIs to Process Excellence, CP I&I.
    • Provide analysis and insights on the performance.
    • Identify and implement process improvements within assigned scope.
    • Act as AP focal point for CP, Business, and other parts of FO.
    • Provide practical and analytical support to ensure all Accounts Payable transactions are correctly accounted for in the general ledger and expenses are reported on a timely basis for each financial month-end close.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including CP Operations Delivery, CP Data, RA DS Business Analyst, AP PE P&P Expert, CP PGS Process Expert, Country Finance Advisors
    • Initiate, manage, and attend operational meetings to discuss performance, issues, and collaboration.
    • Demonstrate and role model One Finance Behaviours and Safe Hands.
  • Participate in projects and change programs that impact area of responsibility, including migrations, scope changes, setting up new entities, digitalization projects, and business change programmes.
  • Promote HSSE mindset and culture.
