About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Manulife Financial Corporation. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for preparing cash/suspense accounts reconciliations and aging analysis, investigating breaks and outstanding receipts.

You will collaborate with Treasury to clear suspense accounts for multiple entities, process wire requests for routine and non-routine intercompany payments and third-party transactions. You will also perform various monthly/quarterly reporting to groups throughout MAM and Manulife.

In addition, you will conduct controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will also involve special projects, process improvement, and collaborating with other team members and business partners as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support related processes in WAM NA A&R teams on monthly and quarterly activities
  • Work closely with affiliated business teams to deliver financial analysis and commentary required to provide management with comprehensive insight into financial dynamics of all aspects of business related to cash processing processes
  • Participate and support employee engagement activities within GWAM domain and Finance
