Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Manulife Financial. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Management: Oversee cash balances across various bank accounts and ensure the timely processing of bank fund transfers and payment instructions.
- Treasury Operations: Manage treasury documentation requirements, coordinate bank arrangements, and oversee online banking enrollments.
- Tax Compliance: Handle local tax obligations, including tax computations, documentation, and filings.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare management, tax, and audit reports as required.
- Financial Analysis and Accounting Processes: Assist in variance analysis and respond to management inquiries related to accounting information.
- Outsourced Functions Oversight: Supervise functions outsourced to teams supporting the finance function.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA certification is required.
- Preferably with exposure to tax compliance, documentation, and filings.
- Over 4 years of experience in finance or audit, demonstrating a solid track record in these areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Macros and Python is an advantage.
