
Full-time Remote Operations and Finance Admin

This role is available for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations and Finance Administrator to support core operations and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day finance and logistics using tools including Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and more.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. They will also help coordinate inventory and logistics, streamline processes across finance and operations, and collaborate closely with the CEO, Operations & Finance Lead, and delivery team.
Key Requirements- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
- Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with use of AI
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong communication skills
This is a full-time, remote role requiring 8 AM – 5 PM ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time), Monday to Friday working hours with regular breaks.
The successful applicant must have a tech stack that includes Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Google Suite, WhatsApp, Zoom, Loom, ChatGPT, and Hubstaff. They must also be available on WhatsApp and via Zoom during working hours, with transparency being key through regular screen sharing and time/activity tracking.
