Full Time Remote Accountant

Job Opportunity
\A part-time accounting position is available with a US offshore recruitment and work-from-home arrangement.
\Key Responsibilities\
- \
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with tax regulations. Maintain proper documentation of all billing records.\
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.\
- Accounts Receivable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments. Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.\
- Debt Follow-Up: Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone, email, or official letters. Maintain a log of collection activities and customer communications. Collaborate with sales teams on complex or delinquent accounts.\
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.\
Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.\
- Solid understanding of billing, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes.\
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Proficiency in accounting software.\
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.\
