**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Support Technician to join our team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the Chinabank mobile application and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Chinabank mobile application.
  • Collaborate with technology partner Backbase, the bank's IT group PCCI, and other internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on mobile applications or digital banking.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, problem management, and incident resolution processes.
  • Experience working with technology partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Incident Management process certification.
  • Knowledge of L1, L2, and L3 Support plus Severity of Tickets (P2, P3, and P4).
  • Ticket escalation to L3.
  • Ability to run triage for P1 incidents.
  • Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis.
  • Troubleshooting solutions according to reported tickets.
