Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a typing speed of at least 40WPM, and the ability to work under pressure.

This position involves making outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation, and/or sales. It also includes responding to inbound customer queries or closing leads/sales via phone calls. The representative will also perform data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software, create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and meet service level agreements set forth.

Our long-term employment opportunities include regularization and promotion. We serve US and Canadian clients, offering a graveyard shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements
  • Laptop/desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher)
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent allowed)
  • A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of at least 30 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, AnyDesk, Gdrive, Discord
