The PositionMain Responsibilities
  • As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing daily transactions, verifying payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure Financial Excellence.
  • Collaborating with departments to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Performing reconciliations, expense reviews, and closing procedures for accurate reporting during Month-End Close.
  • Managing tax filings, regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies to Drive Compliance.
  • Tracking company assets, assessing value, and overseeing physical inventory to Support Asset Management.
  • Supervising accounting staff, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Strong skills in financial statement preparation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
