
US Real Estate Database Specialist

This contract role involves managing client CRM and handling marketing-related tasks as a Database Manager / Marketing VA. The successful candidate will specialize in US Real Estate with required experience in Google Ads.
Responsibilities include database administration, management, and design; maintaining data integrity; conducting data analysis; and optimizing database systems. Additionally, the individual will execute and monitor Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns, handle data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, and automations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools and techniques, and proven experience in executing and monitoring Google PPC or other Google advertising campaigns.
Key Qualifications- Database Administration, Database Management, and Database Design skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in data management tools and techniques
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing CRM systems (Lofty experience highly preferred)
- Strong database management skills (data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, automations, etc.)
- Intermediate or higher French-speaking skills (required), with fluency in French and English
- Excellent English communication skills, including strong written and verbal abilities
- Personal Desktop/Laptop with at least Core i5 or higher and 4GB RAM
- High-speed and stable internet connection (with backup)
- Wired headset with built-in microphone (preferably noise-canceling)
- Backup power source or alternative work location
