Real Estate Administrative Support

As a Real Estate Administrative Support professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of real estate transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems. You will work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for assisting in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions. This may include preparing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You should also be proficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
