We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Growth & Operations Coordinator to join our expanding property management company. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisitions

  • Identify property owners interested in management services or selling their properties.
  • Conduct outreach through digital platforms, social media, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and business partners.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipelines, track leads, and monitor deal status.
  • Actively engage in property management communities and networks.
  • Prepare professional outreach materials, proposals, and presentations.

Collections & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee timely collection of payments from tenants and property owners.
  • Track outstanding balances and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to streamline collection efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management (preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EDT.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend support when required.
